Schedule & Compensation

  • (with a rotating schedule)
  • Extended weekday hours create strong, consistent caseload while allowing you to longer shifts and fewer days
  • ProSal compensation with quarterly production bonuses
  • Base salary of $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience
  • We take a holistic approach to compensation and tailor packages to align with each candidate’s goals. If your expectations differ, apply and we’ll discuss options

Time Off

  • 3 weeks PTO allotted immediately
  • 1 week of CE days allotted immediately
  • Parental leave through short term disability and FMLA
