Associate Veterinarian – Nolensville Veterinary Hospital | Nolensville, TN

We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our thriving, full-service small animal hospital in Nolensville, TN — just outside of Nashville in one of the region's most vibrant and growing communities.

We truly love our hospital, our doctors, our staff, and the clients we've been privileged to serve. We recently moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed by one of the leading names in veterinary architecture, giving our team the space and tools to practice at the highest level in middle Tennessee.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a veterinarian with at least one year of experience who is confident and comfortable in the surgical suite. Proficiency in cystotomies and enucleations is preferred— these are a regular and important part of what we do. We are especially excited about candidates who bring an interest or experience in orthopedic surgery (we perform TTAs and more), though if ortho is a discipline you're eager to grow into, we'd love to support that journey.

Above all, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working alongside fellow DVMs in a collaborative, team-first environment. We have worked hard to build a culture of mutual respect, shared knowledge, and professional camaraderie — and protecting that culture is our highest priority. The right person will not only fit into that culture, but help carry it forward.

What We Value

Our doctors share cases, challenge one another, and pursue continuing education together. We are committed to remaining current with the latest advances in veterinary medicine, and we provide the platform — and the team — to help you do the same. Whether you're a seasoned surgeon or someone ready to take the next step in your career, what matters most is that you bring a collaborative spirit, a commitment to quality care, and a genuine love for this profession.

What We Offer

We believe in taking care of the people who take care of our patients. As part of the NVA family, you'll receive:

  • Competitive compensation structured to reward your experience and growth
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family covered
  • Paid time off so you can recharge and show up as your best self
  • Generous continuing education allowance to fuel your professional development
  • Licensing and professional dues coverage — we handle the overhead so you can focus on medicine
  • Mentorship program for early-career DVMs looking to build confidence and skills

Our Facility Includes:

  • 7 exam rooms
  • New surgery suite
  • New dental suite
  • New special procedures suite (ultrasounds, echocardiograms, endoscopy)
  • Cold laser therapy
  • Chemotherapy services
  • Orthopedic surgery capabilities (including TTAs)
  • Full diagnostics
