Animal Oasis Veterinary Hospital is a small animal general practice in Naples, Florida, committed to providing progressive, gold-standard veterinary care in a welcoming, team-focused environment. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front-of-house team. Veterinary experience is not required; we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.

Position Overview: Client Service Representative
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a positive, compassionate experience for both people and pets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing a career in veterinary medicine or client-focused healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
Schedule appointments and manage incoming phone calls
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Communicate effectively with veterinarians and clinical staff
Support client education and follow-up communication
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications
Previous customer service or reception experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn veterinary terminology, workflows, and hospital systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: competitive hourly rate, based on experience
Flexible Scheduling Options:
oFour 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
oRotating Saturdays with scheduling flexibility
