Friendship Veterinary Center and Urgent Care is Hiring a Part Time Customer Service Representative (16-24) hours per week. Customer service representatives are expected to:
Provide excellent and expeditious client experience; greet clients, respond to questions; process incoming and outgoing patients, and handles billing and payments. Answer phone calls, which may involve answering moderately complex questions, initial triage of patient needs including emergent cases, and scheduling appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Document and maintain client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software. Escalate complex matters to senior staff. Minimum of 3 years related (customer service) experience required.
