Animal Medical Center of Moss Bluff is a full-service Veterinary Hospital in Moss Bluff, Louisiana. Our Veterinary Hospital is staffed by a team of dedicated veterinary professionals.  We are looking for a Veterinarian to join our team!

About the Area:

Moss Bluff has all the things you need right here in town, from Restaurants, Starbucks, awesome schools and shopping, but with a Country feeling!  
You will enjoy the 1,087 Acres of Sam Houston Jones State Park, which has numerous waterways and two boat launches.  The park also has three hiking trails and bicycle trails for the avid hiker or bicyclist, with beautiful scenery and tree-filled lagoons.  
You will also enjoy the Moss Bluff Farmers Market that’s held every Saturday right in the heart of town!  There are numerous Vendors that have booths that sell everything from homemade jelly and jam to beautiful Tumblers and T-shirts to homemade soaps and scrubs.  
Moss Bluff is steadily growing, but still remains to keep that hometown feeling, where you wave at your neighbors and enjoy the friendly community we have here.


New hospital:
  • Brand new 4900 sq. ft. hospital 
  • Large surgery suite with 2 surgery tables
  • Large dental suite with 2 dental tables and Dental x-ray machine
  • 5 exam rooms, large treatment area with 2 exam tables and a wet table
  • New O2 cage
  • Additional 500 sq. ft. for boarding 
  • Top-of-the-line equipment including Digital Radiography, Laser Therapy and Ultrasound
  • Large medical treatment kennel area
  • Large shared DVM office space

Skills and Basic Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to be employed.
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Works collaboratively with hospital team members.
  • Makes decisions confidently and effectively.
  • Manages time and tasks appropriately.
  • Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients.
  • Commitment to ongoing educational development and growth
