Okanagan Veterinary Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for a part-timeCSRto join our fantastic team in beautiful Kelowna, BC! With major renovations completed this summer, our hospital has a freshnew look — think new dental suite, dedicated cat ward,additional exam room, and modernized reception space. What we’re looking for:

• An outgoing, caring client services representative with a positive attitude

• Someone who thrives working with the public, maintains professionalism, and enjoys problem solving

• Comfortable on a computer, including proficiency in Microsoft 365

• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm

• A love of animals, obviously

• Previousreception experience in a veterinary setting or relevant volunteer experience considered an asset

• Client services certification or other relevant education considered an asset

• Bonus points if you bring snacks. Triple points if you share.
