Position: Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist 14 hours/week Mon-Wed PM 
Experience: 3+ years in customer service, medical, or veterinary roles

  • Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required.
  • Veterinary knowledge is a plus, but your passion and willingness to learn are what matter most!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments with a smile.
  • Managing patient records, invoicing clients, and collecting payments.
  • Above all, providing exceptional service to make every client’s visit memorable.

Job Type: Part-time 14hrs/week working Monday-Wednesday PM. Opportunity to pick up additional shifts but must be available Monday-Wednesday PM to be considered.

Compensation: $20-$24/hr commensurate with experience
