Veterinary Receptionist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We’re a busy, four-doctor general practice looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, supportive environment for both our clients and each other, so a positive attitude and great people skills are a must.

What we’re looking for:

• 1 year of veterinary reception experience preferred
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced day and can multitask without missing a beat
• A team player who’s organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people (and their pets)
• Availability on Saturday mornings is required; flexible/open availability is strongly preferred

What you’ll do:

·Create a great client experience from the moment they walk in or call

·Greet clients, answer questions, and schedule appointments

·Handle phones, help guide client needs, and keep the day running smoothly

·Process payments and manage front desk transactions

·Keep the reception and waiting area clean and welcoming

·Manage incoming/outgoing mail and email

·Accurately document client and patient information in our software

·Know when to loop in senior team members for more complex situations

Compensation:
Base hourly rate of $18–$23/hour, depending on experience
