At Bismarck Animal Hospital, we believe great medicine happens when strong clinical skills and excellent client communication come together. We are growing and looking to add a Licensed Veterinary Technician who is comfortable supporting both hands-on patient care and client service responsibilities as needed.

This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys variety in their day—working closely with doctors on medical cases while also helping ensure clients feel informed, supported, and welcomed from their first call to checkout.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and patient care as a certified technician
• Support client service needs including phone communication, appointment scheduling, and client education
• Serve as a bridge between the medical team and clients, ensuring clear, compassionate communication
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver thorough, patient-focused care
