Seven Bends Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a veterinary or medical office setting. If you are passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional client service, our hospital may be the right fit for you.
We are a busy general practice providing exceptional care to small animal patients (cats and dogs) five days per week, Monday through Friday—with no weekends or late evenings required. Shifts vary between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Our hospital is a beautiful 9,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility staffed with tenured veterinarians and a dedicated support team.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and text messages while providing responsive support
- Schedule appointments, respond to billing inquiries, and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures
- Collect, update, and manage patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail
- Process wellness plans contracts and schedule recurring payments
- Preparation of boarding and surgery drop-off documents
- Review estimates and cosent forms with clients
- Scan and attach documents to patient records
- Processing online pharmacy requests
- Schedule surgery/dental procedures
- Room euthanasia appointments and review consent with clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role (veterinary experience required)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel welcomed and at ease
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively and communicate clearly within a team
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine love for animals
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to meet physical demands, including sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods
- Satisfactory background and drug screenings
