Seven Bends Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a veterinary or medical office setting. If you are passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional client service, our hospital may be the right fit for you.

We are a busy general practice providing exceptional care to small animal patients (cats and dogs) five days per week, Monday through Friday—with no weekends or late evenings required. Shifts vary between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Our hospital is a beautiful 9,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility staffed with tenured veterinarians and a dedicated support team.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and text messages while providing responsive support
  • Schedule appointments, respond to billing inquiries, and process payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures
  • Collect, update, and manage patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Process wellness plans contracts and schedule recurring payments
  • Preparation of boarding and surgery drop-off documents
  • Review estimates and cosent forms with clients
  • Scan and attach documents to patient records
  • Processing online pharmacy requests
  • Schedule surgery/dental procedures
  • Room euthanasia appointments and review consent with clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (veterinary experience required)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel welcomed and at ease
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively and communicate clearly within a team
  • Proficiency with computers and standard office software
  • Compassionate demeanor and a genuine love for animals

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods
  • Satisfactory background and drug screenings
