Job Summary:

Waterville Veterinary Clinic is a busy veterinary practice located in Waterville, New York. Our Client Care Representative position is an excellent opportunity to utilize your customer service skills in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

FT and PT opportunities. Starting pay $16.00-$17.00/hour
Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client care.
- Greet and support clients through scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and educating clients on the various services that we provide.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Manage multiple phone lines and internet platforms to provide excellent client communication.
- Manage customer accounts, including account setup and maintenance.
- Utilize a veterinary software program to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for improving their experience.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectivelys
