Your Role
As a Veterinary Assistant on our team, youâll support our doctors and technicians in delivering exceptional patient care. Youâll be responsible for:
- Assisting during exams, treatments, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
- Patient restraint and handling
- Collecting samples and running in-house diagnostics
- Helping with radiographs, dental procedures, and surgical prep
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
- Communicating with clients with empathy and clarity
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment
About You
Weâd love to meet you if:
- You have 1+ years of veterinary assistant experience
- You understand medical terminology and safe patient handling
- Youâre eager to learn and grow with a collaborative team
- Youâre reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and value compassionate care
Schedule
- 4-day workweek
- Rotating half-day Saturdays every 4â6 weeks
- 8- to 10-hour shifts depending on the day
Compensation & Benefits
- $19–$21/hour depending on experience
