The Role

As an Associate Veterinarian at Rippowam, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Practice high-quality, evidence-based medicine with clinical autonomy
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team of veterinarians and skilled support staff
  • Develop and expand your surgical skills with strong surgical mentorship available
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and patients
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-driven hospital culture

This role is well-suited for both experienced veterinarians and newer graduates seeking mentorship in a supportive environment.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Base salary of $120-$150k (dependent on experience)
  • Production-based bonuses
  • Sign-on bonuses up to $40k
  • Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance
