Ridgetop Animal Hospital in Silverdale, Washington is looking for an experienced veterinarian to join our growing team, with a special focus on helping us expand our weekend urgent care availability.

Whether you're looking for a dedicated Saturday position, a few shifts each week, or a full-time opportunity that combines urgent care with general practice or surgery, we're open to building a schedule around the right veterinarian.

Your Schedule, Your Opportunity

Our biggest priority is adding Saturday urgent care, with a proposed schedule of:

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Weekday urgent care shifts are typically:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Additional weekday opportunities may include general practice appointments and, depending on your interests and experience, surgery.

We're open to part-time or full-time schedules and want to create an opportunity that works well for both you and our hospital.

Our model gives our doctors the opportunity to practice a wide variety of medicine and see interesting, challenging cases without the environment or schedule of a traditional emergency hospital.

Our services include:

• General practice and preventative care
• Same-day urgent care
• Dentistry
• Soft tissue surgery
• Advanced orthopedic surgery, including TPLO/CBLO, fracture repair, MPL correction, and lateral suture
• Advanced procedures including TECA, cystotomy, splenectomy, PU, FHO/DFO, and amputation
• In-house diagnostics and digital radiology
• Therapy laser and additional supportive care services

What We're Looking For

We're especially interested in a veterinarian who is comfortable with urgent and same-day cases and enjoys the variety that comes with an unpredictable caseload.

ER or urgent care experience is a plus, but we're also happy to speak with an experienced GP veterinarian who is confident managing sick and urgent patients and is interested in expanding those skills.

Depending on your interests, your role can be focused primarily on urgent care or can incorporate general practice, dentistry, and/or surgery.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who values collaborative medicine, communicates well with both clients and teammates, and wants to become part of a hospital that is continuing to grow.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience, schedule, and the structure of the position.
