Director, Program Delivery & Execution
Role Summary
Leads the Program Delivery & Execution function within the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), overseeing a team of program and project management professionals responsible for executing enterprise transformation initiatives. This leader establishes delivery standards, drives accountability, and ensures consistent execution across the enterprise portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers and Project Managers supporting enterprise initiatives
• Provide strategic oversight and execution leadership across complex, cross-functional programs
• Establish standardized project management methodologies, governance routines, and reporting practices
• Oversee integrated program planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and escalation processes
• Coach team members on delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
• Ensure consistent executive-level reporting and communication across initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution capabilities, tools, and operational maturity
• Manage team capacity, workload balancing, and resource allocation across active initiatives

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years leading enterprise PMOs, transformation programs, or strategic initiatives
• 5+ years leading people
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent enterprise programs
• Executive stakeholder management experience
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability to travel 15-20% annually
Compensation:
FLSA Status: Exempt, Salaried
Base Salary: $144,000-185,000
Annual Incentive Plan: 20%
