Are you a Veterinary Technician looking for a hospital where you can continue growing your skills while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team? All Creatures Animal Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona is growing and looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team!  As a teaching hospital, we prioritize continuous learning and development. All team members are expected to actively collaborate, share knowledge, and support one another in building both technical and professional skills.

At All Creatures Animal Clinic, we are an AAHA-accredited hospital focused on providing high-quality care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets (excluding avians). Our team is passionate about compassionate medicine, exceptional client service, and fostering a positive workplace culture where our staff can continue to grow and thrive.

With 8 DVMs and a large, experienced support team, this is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and wants to fully utilize their technical skills while continuing to develop professionally.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Perform patient restraint and low-stress handling techniques
  • Collect laboratory samples and run diagnostics
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Assist with surgery and dental procedures
  • Monitor anesthesia and hospitalized patients
  • Educate clients on treatments, medications, and preventative care
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area
  • Deliver exceptional client service and communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous veterinary experience required
  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) preferred, but not required
  • Strong technical and client communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a growing and evolving hospital environment
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for patient care and client service
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital
