A Lead Veterinary Assistant supervises the assistant team, oversees daily hospital flow, and provides advanced patient care, including restraining animals, assisting in surgeries, processing lab samples, and client education. They act as a liaison between staff and management, training new hires and ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency
