Animal Hospital of Lubbock is a full-service veterinary medical and surgical facility, seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required.
The ideal new team member we are looking for is self-motivated, a quick thinker, able to multi-task efficiently, and has excellent communication skills and compassion. Is this you?
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Multi-line phone system management
· Email, text and voice-mail management
· Service excellence to address needs of clients and clinic staff
· Appointment scheduling and management
· Excellent client communication
· Patient check in & check out
· Manage cash, check and credit card payments from clients
· Client education & services
Qualifications:
· Experience providing superb professional and personable client services
· A minimum of 1 year working in customer services is requested
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office ad Outlook experience preferred)
· Attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks confidently, calmly and professionally
· Interpersonal skills working in a team environment
