Frontier Village Veterinary Clinic is a thriving 9-doctor small animal practice dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care to our patients and outstanding service to our clients. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a full-time Client Care Coordinator (Receptionist) to join our front desk team.

About the Role

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients — welcoming them to the clinic, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every visit is a positive experience.

  • Is passionate about providing compassionate service to both clients and pets

While veterinary experience is preferred, we are happy to consider applicants with prior experience in customer service or administrative roles in similar high-paced, people-focused environments.

Experience with AVImark practice management software is a plus, but not required.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct multi-line phone calls

  • Schedule appointments and manage client records

  • Process invoices and handle data entry

  • Provide excellent client service and support for our veterinary team

  • Contribute to a welcoming, caring clinic environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $18–$21 per hour (based on education and experience)

  • Benefits include:

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
