Veterinary Client Service Representative
Join Our Veterinary Team!
We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our veterinary clinic team!
Our Client Service Representatives are an essential part of the client and patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, knowledgeable, and able to thrive in a busy, environment while providing exceptional service to our clients and support to our veterinary team.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage busy, multi-line phone systems with professionalism and compassion
- Greet clients and provide a warm, friendly experience
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions and concerns
- Accurately type and enter information into our veterinary practice management system
- Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, assistants, and other team members
- Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a calm, positive attitude during stressful or challenging situations
- Provide knowledgeable and compassionate customer service to pet owners
- Help ensure the front desk and daily clinic operations run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous veterinary clinic experience is required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling busy phone lines and multiple tasks at once
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and general clinic procedures
What We Offer
- Flexible hours
- No weekends
- Hourly rate: $17-$21 DOE
