What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing exceptional client service in person and over the phone
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating the daily flow of the hospital
• Managing check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and handling invoices
• Communicating with clients about their pet’s care, hospital policies, and services
• Assisting with medical records, prescription requests, and client education
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Working closely with veterinary staff to ensure smooth hospital operations

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Prior veterinary or customer service experience is preferred but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate

Schedule & Availability:

• Shifts include opening, closing, and weekends
• A flexible schedule is important to meet the needs of our patients and clients
• Full-time and part-time positions available
