Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy and growing general practice team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping our hospital run smoothly each day.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming clients and pets with exceptional customer service
• Scheduling appointments and managing the daily appointment flow
• Answering phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
• Checking patients in and out for appointments
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Entering and updating client and patient information in our practice management system
• Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the veterinary team as needed
• Escalating complex client concerns to management when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a veterinary practice required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
