Veterinary Receptionist
Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy and growing general practice team.
As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping our hospital run smoothly each day.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and pets with exceptional customer service
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily appointment flow
- Answering phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Checking patients in and out for appointments
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Entering and updating client and patient information in our practice management system
- Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the veterinary team as needed
- Escalating complex client concerns to management when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a veterinary practice required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with veterinary software is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
