Client Services Lead

Table Mountain Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Lead Veterinary Receptionist to join our fast-paced, four-doctor practice in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. This role is perfect for someone who loves animals, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a leadership position.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients warmly, check patients in and out, schedule appointments, and answer phones with professionalism and care.

• Process payments, maintain accurate medical records, and assist clients with questions about services, products, and preventative care.

• Lead the reception team by modeling excellent client service, ensuring protocols are followed, and providing training and support to fellow receptionists.

• Help organize daily workflow, delegate tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with doctors, technicians, and assistants to keep the hospital running smoothly.

• Take initiative in problem-solving and fostering a positive, professional work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous veterinary receptionist or customer service experience required; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

• A team player who can also guide others, encourage accountability, and set a positive tone for the front desk.

• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine love for animals and their people.
