Animal Medical Center of Deer Valley is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and reliable veterinary professional who can successfully multi-task in the client service's position.
Job Details:
- The right candidate will be able to work alone answering and fielding the ever-changing challenges that the busy front desk of a veterinary clinic demands.
- Working together as a team, the client services representative will possess excellent communication skills, ensuring medical charts, client and staff communications and staff policies are upheld.
- Managing the schedule requires a general knowledge of veterinary medicine and patient’s medical needs; recognizing what is a potential emergency or not can often be the difference in determining a life-or-death situation.
Being the first point of contact with our clientele base, having an upbeat, warm and friendly demeanor is an imperative quality for the right candidate for this position.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills - with an emphasis on customer service. Reads, writes and speaks fluent English, using appropriate grammar, style and vocabulary. Correctly spells commonly used English words and job specific terms.
- Mathematical ability - Ability to add, subtract, multiply.
- Ability to multi-task- Manages multiple tasks at one time; quickly and accurately shifts attention among multiple tasks under distracting conditions without loss of accuracy or appearance of frustration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and veterinary software systems is beneficial.
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to their health and welfare.
- Open availability is a MUST.
