Advanced Veterinary Care is seeking an outstanding veterinarian to lead our established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Farmington, Connecticut. This is an ideal opportunity for a natural leader who wants to stay clinically active while mentoring others and shaping the direction of the practice. As Managing Veterinarian, you'll spend most of your time practicing medicine while providing medical leadership, mentoring associate veterinarians, and partnering with the Hospital Manager to guide the hospital's continued success. New Managing Veterinarians receive structured mentorship through NVA's Managing DVM training program to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Compensation: 
$160k-$180k (dependent on experience)
Quarterly production bonus potential and hospital profit share bonus program.
