Advanced Veterinary Care is seeking an outstanding veterinarian to lead our established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Farmington, Connecticut. This is an ideal opportunity for a natural leader who wants to stay clinically active while mentoring others and shaping the direction of the practice. As Managing Veterinarian, you'll spend most of your time practicing medicine while providing medical leadership, mentoring associate veterinarians, and partnering with the Hospital Manager to guide the hospital's continued success. New Managing Veterinarians receive structured mentorship through NVA's Managing DVM training program to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

- Balance hands-on clinical work with mentoring associates and supporting the broader team
- Partner with an experienced Hospital Manager on operations, engagement, and compliance
- Shape the hospital's medical standards, culture, and growth
- Practice with clinical autonomy, backed by NVA's leadership resources and Managing DVM development program
