Ready for a leadership role where you can truly make your mark?
Camboro Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Managing Veterinarian who's excited to lead great medicine, support an experienced team, and help shape what comes next for a hospital that has been part of the Edinboro community since 1952.
Whether you're already in leadership or you're an experienced veterinarian thinking, "I'm ready for more," this could be the perfect next step. You'll have the autonomy to lead, the support of an experienced hospital team and NVA, a 4-day workweek, and even the option for joint ownership if that's part of your long-term goals.
A Hospital With History — and Plenty of Future
Camboro is a well-established, full-service practice with a loyal client base and a strong, experienced support team. Our collaborative staff is passionate about providing excellent patient care and creating a welcoming environment for clients, patients, and each other.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hospital where you can make an impact, bring your ideas to the table, help build a strong veterinary team, and play a meaningful role in Camboro's future.
And if ownership is something you've thought about? We're offering an optional joint ownership opportunity, giving you the chance to pair clinical leadership with a financial stake in the practice you help grow.
Your Opportunity to Make an Impact
As Medical Director, you'll partner closely with the Hospital Manager while having the freedom to put your own leadership style into action. You'll:
- Be the clinical leader and mentor your team can count on
- Help shape the medical direction and culture of the hospital
- Partner with your Hospital Manager to keep the practice running smoothly
- Bring new ideas to the table and help drive future growth
- Support exceptional medicine and an outstanding client experience
- Help build and develop a veterinary team you're proud to lead
- Ensure veterinary regulations and licensing requirements are met
