Governors Avenue Animal Hospital began seeing animals in the 1950’s. We care for cats, dogs, pocket pets, and birds, focusing on client education and communication to provide high-quality patient care. We are currently seeking a managing veterinarian to lead our team!

The Opportunity: 
 As the Managing Veterinarian, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary medicine and seeing the furry faces that make your day. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, ensure we follow all the rules, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization. 
 Your Qualifications:
Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program and have an active license
Unwavering commitment to practicing world-class veterinary medicine  
Skillful ability to delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team

Base salary of $130,000-$175,000 (dependent on experience) 
Production-based bonuses
