Brentwood Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to join our team in Brentwood, CA.

Brentwood Veterinary Hospital has been a part of the Brentwood community since 1976. We are a 4-doctor small animal practice and are proud of our seasoned and tenured team. Our quality medical team offers progressive care for our patients, and a welcoming family feel for our team and clients.

  • Diagnostic Services including ultrasound, EKG, Radiography, and laboratory services

Lead and Inspire 

As Managing Veterinarian, you will: 

  • Provide medical leadership and clinical direction  
  • Mentor associate veterinarians  
  • Partner with hospital and regional leadership to drive success  
  • Help shape medical protocols and team development  
  • Maintain an active clinical caseload  

Compensation & Benefits

·Base salary: $150,000–$175,000 (DOE)

·22–23% production plus leadership incentives 

  • Sign-On or Relocation Bonuses available

Who We're Looking For

  • DVM with previous leadership skills is preferred
  • DVM or equivalent degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
  • ECFVG or PAVE certification (if applicable)
