Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time

Kruger Animal Hospital – Bloomington, IL

Kruger Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, organized, and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for both pets and their people.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients, creating a warm and welcoming environment
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions
  • Process check-ins, discharges, and payments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails and text communications
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Accurately document client and patient information in our practice management system
  • Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of client service or reception experience (veterinary experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for delivering excellent client care
