Are you an experienced Associate Veterinarian or current Medical Director ready to take the next step in your career? What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for small animal patients.

• Build lasting relationships with clients through compassionate communication and education.

• Collaborate with an experienced veterinary support team to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Mentor and support team members while helping foster a positive hospital culture.

• Partner with hospital leadership to maintain high medical standards and operational excellence.

• Grow into - or serve as - the Managing Veterinarian, with mentorship and leadership development provided.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)

• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Michigan

• Experience performing routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and hospital growth

• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative team culture
