We’re also a teaching-focused hospital. Our doctors enjoy helping team members grow their skills — whether that’s expanding dental, surgical, anesthesia, or patient care experience.

What You’ll Do

·Training, coaching, and onboarding clinical support staff

·Supporting accountability, communication, and consistency across the team

·Assisting with monthly scheduling needs

·Leading or supporting department meetings with educational content

·Helping identify training opportunities and improve team efficiency

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a confident, collaborative CVT who enjoys both technical medicine and team leadership. You should be comfortable jumping in where needed, coaching others, and helping create a positive, productive environment.

You may be a great fit if you:

·Are a Certified Veterinary Technician

·Have strong technical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, surgery, and patient care

·Enjoy training, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff

·Are comfortable helping direct workflow and support team efficiency

·Communicate honestly, respectfully, and professionally

·Are flexible, team-oriented, and willing to support different areas of the hospital

Schedule & Compensation

·Four 10-hour shifts

·Two consecutive days off

·Rotating Saturdays
