A Team That Stays
Our culture is something we’re incredibly proud of. Many of our team members have been here for 12–15 years, our hospital manager is approaching 20 years, and one team member has been with us for over 30 years. That kind of longevity speaks volumes about the environment we’ve built together.

Commitment to Growth & Continuing Education
Learning never stops here. We are highly supportive of continuing education and actively invest in the development of our team. We are always excited to bring new techniques and knowledge into the practice.

Advanced Medicine in a Supportive Setting
Our technicians play an integral role in patient care and have the opportunity to be involved in advanced procedures, Fear Free handling, and specialty services like orthopedic surgery, I-131 therapy, and advanced exotic medicine.

Supportive Leadership & Inclusive Culture
Our leadership team is deeply invested in creating a workplace where every voice matters. Communication, collaboration, and mutual respect are core values here. We’ve intentionally built a supportive, empowering environment where team members feel heard and appreciated.

Community Focused
We’re proud to be an active part of the Hopkinton community, regularly participating in local events and initiatives that support pets and their people.
