We're Hiring: Medical Director — Join Our Close-Knit Team in Westminster, CO!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Veterinarian looking to make a real impact in a supportive, small-clinic setting? We’re looking for someone like you to join our team in beautiful Westminster, Colorado!

About Us:

We’re a smaller veterinary clinic that prides itself on personalized care, strong client relationships, and a down-to-earth team environment. Focused on quality care and a love for animals. We believe in work-life balance, open communication, and having a bit of fun while doing what we love!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to our furry patients

• Build trusting relationships with clients and their pets

• Collaborate with a supportive team that values your input and expertise

• Enjoy a manageable caseload in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced DVM

• A kind heart and a strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Passion for preventative care and client education

What We Offer:

• Competitive annual base salary for fulltime: 120,000-140,000 plus production based on experience, significant leadership bonus incentives as well!
