Our team is looking for the right customer service representative to join our Certified Cat Friendly Practice in fulfilling our ongoing mission of helping cats live longer, happier, healthier lives. Every day is different! The ideal addition to our team demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to ask questions about procedures and processes. We will rely on your ability to be adaptable, stay task-focused and to follow-up, and to complete work. You must be a team player!

Job duties include:

  • Management of multiple telephone lines and email correspondence in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining engaging client relationships through empathy, compassion, and understanding
  • Admitting and discharging clients and patients
  • Performing client education
  • Documenting client communications and medical record entries
  • Managing appointment schedule
  • Invoicing clients and handling cash and card payments
  • Maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Previous veterinary practice experience is not required for the right personality! Compensation is dependent on experience. Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: 

  • Base hourly rate of $19.00 - $24.00
  • Eligible for periodic bonus (where applicable)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift, 30-40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, some Saturdays
