Associate Veterinarian – Vero Beach, FL | No On-Call + $60K Sign-On


Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated DVM.

What Your Schedule Looks Like

• 4-day work week (flexible structure)

• No on-call or after-hours

• Designed to support long-term sustainability and leadership growth


Leadership & Growth Opportunity

• Clear path to Medical Director if interested

• Mentorship and collaboration with an experienced team

• Structured training through PetOne Veterinary Training Center

• One fully covered PetOne course in your first year


The Practice

• AAHA-accredited, high-standard medicine

• Diverse caseload: dogs, cats, and pocket pets

• Opportunity to see exotics and avian patients

• Advanced diagnostics including ultrasound, digital radiography, and dental imaging

Integrative Medicine

• Acupuncture (with optional electrical stimulation)

• Chinese and natural therapies

• Laser therapy

• Great opportunity if you want to expand into holistic or integrative care.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary

What We’re Looking For

• DVM (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Florida

• 1+ year experience preferred

• Comfortable with surgery and dentistry

• Interest in leadership and team development is a plus

• Strong communication and collaborative mindset
