Catalina Pet Hospital is currently looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a friendly, compassionate, self-starter who is efficient, motivated and reliable.
About Us:
Located in a beautiful, spacious building at the NE Corner of Ft. Lowell and Alvernon, we are a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care for the wellness of our clients pets. We pride ourselves on our high level of teamwork and camaraderie.
We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. Our facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, surgery suite, digital X-ray, acupuncture, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, and a closely supervised hospitalization area.
Catalina Pet Hospital has a great staff that is mindful and compassionate! We love our clients and patients, and fully support puppy and kitten cuddling! We promote personal growth and encourage staff development through continuing education opportunities. All staff is eligible for a quarterly team bonus based on hospital performance, as well as wellness plan incentive bonuses. We also offer a generous personal pet care discount as well as a uniform allowance.
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a customer service representative to join our team! You will work closely with the veterinarians, technicians and other customer service representatives to provide exceptional health care for our client’s pets on a daily basis. The candidate must be enthusiastic and have the ability to prioritize and multitask. We pride ourselves on providing quality veterinary care through our experienced, compassionate and dedicated staff. A typical day for a CSR will include but is not limited to:
- Performs daily office tasks such as client communication, pharmacy refill requests, appointment & surgery scheduling and calling in prescriptions
- Checking clients in and out and processing payments with accuracy
- Processing e-mails & faxes throughout the day
- Accurate record keeping & filing
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and multitask with ease
- Scanning medical records for digital conversion
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
We have flexible morning and afternoon shift scheduling to accommodate class schedules during the week. Working 1 to 2 Saturdays per month is required. We look forward to hearing from you!
