Thiensville-Mequon Small Animal Clinic, located in Thiensville, Wisconsin, is seeking a veterinarian to join our 9-doctor practice! We are a positive, hard-working veterinary practice with a compassionate team that provides high-quality care, client education, and communication. We are AAHA certified, Cat Friendly Practice, and encourage a Fear Free environment.


To provide quality medicine, we are equipped with:

  • Beautiful newly remodeled facility
  • 8 exam rooms
  • Dental suite with 2 dental tables
  • Surgical suite with 2 surgical tables
  • Ultrasound
  • Digital dental radiograph
  • Digital radiography
  • Complete Pharmacy
  • Full in-house Idexx laboratory
  • Electronic medical records on Cornerstone (PIMS)
  • Long-term and trained support staff 
  • We offer the latest technology in online booking and online pharmacy for our clients.

Skills and Basic Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Wisconsin
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Delegates tasks and achieves results with hospital team members
  • Makes decisions confidently and effectively
  • Manages time and tasks appropriately
  • Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients

We are located in an upscale suburb of Milwaukee very close to Lake Michigan, with the inter-urban trail running behind the clinic. Thiensville hosts several annual public events and celebrations, including a Memorial Day parade, a public Christmas Tree lighting, and a seasonal farmers market.
