North Florida Animal Hospital is an 12-doctor, full-service, general practice animal hospital. We are AHAA accredited and Certified Feline Friendly. Our focus on customer service and high-quality medicine has earned us the title of “Best of Tallahassee” Veterinary Hospitals for the past 12 years. We are growing and excited to add new Associates to our team. Our ideal candidate is seeking a collaborative team, opportunities to grow, and desire to practice progressive medicine.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

We are very fortunate to have an amazing group of doctors, technicians, and support staff.Our team is welcoming, helpful, and collaborative.Our veterinarians enjoy working together and have interests in common outside of work. You can always find a colleague to discuss cases or bounce ideas off of here.It’s easy to find a home with our team!

On a typical day have 6 doctors scheduled with support from our experienced, tenured technicians. Our doctors are known for their mentorship and training.They are invested in sharing their knowledge in specialized skills, such as orthopedic surgery, endoscopy, and chemotherapy with incoming doctors so that North Florida Animal Hospital continues to be a referral source in the area. We are known in our community for our customer service; specifically, our willingness to see challenging cases and responsiveness to clients.

ABOUT THE HOSPITAL

Our hospital is in a modern and spacious building.There are 10 exams rooms, with one dedicated for cats only. The hospital boasts a dedicated surgical suite and a dental suite. We offer modern equipment to provide excellent diagnostics all in-house, including: digital radiography, digital dental rads, in-house labs, endoscopy and ultrasound. We have all the amenities available to support your clinical interests.

North Florida Animal Hospital is in Tallahassee, Florida’s state capitol. Tallahassee boasts a mild climate, canopy tree-lined streets, Southern charm, and diverse cultural opportunities. We are close to the gulf coast with plenty of outdoor activities, including: boating, fishing, hiking, and canoeing. We are home to three universities, creating a young and vibrant atmosphere in the state’s capital. Sports fans can enjoy a variety of college sporting events.The city also offers plenty of entertainment such as arts through the university, outdoor concerts at Cascades Park, our local wildlife zoo, and museum.
