Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with pet parents and hospital visitors courteously and empathetically, addressing their concerns and needs effectively.
Administrative Proficiency
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage patient records, appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, and billing processes accurately and efficiently.
Problem-Solving
Ability to resolve patient issues, complaints, and inquiries promptly and effectively, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, scheduling software, and other healthcare administrative tools to input and retrieve patient information and update records accurately.
Time Management
Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, such as answering phone calls, greeting patients, and coordinating appointments, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Resilience and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during busy periods or when dealing with challenging situations.
Teamwork and Collaboration
Ability to work collaboratively with other non-clinical and clinical team members, including doctors, veterinary nurses, and leadership, to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless service delivery.
Minimum of 1 year related experience required.
