Client Service Representative
Bogey Hills Animal Hospital is hiring a Full-Time/ Part-Time front-desk receptionist to be the first point of contact in our busy 3 doctor practice. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing customer service professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, is passionate about animal care, and is a true team player.

Schedule: Mon-Fri. 4 day work week, some Saturdays 830a-2p
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms.
- Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments.
- Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.
- Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years of customer service and direct veterinary or front-desk experience.
- Empathy: Ability to hold sensitive, emotional conversations with care.
- Communication skills: Clear, professional, and compassionate interpersonal style.
- Organization: Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, scheduling systems, and adapting to new platforms.
Work location: In person.
