Veterinary Receptionist – Full Time

St. John’s Veterinary Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinary Receptionist for our busy 4.5-doctor small animal and exotics practice. If you’re organized, friendly, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the welcoming face and voice of the hospital
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Provide outstanding client service in person and over the phone
  • Process payments and manage daily transactions
  • Keep records organized 
  • Assist with patient flow and occasional hands-on care
  • Support communication between clients and medical staff
  • Help maintain a clean, professional environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable with computers (Avimark a plus)
  • Veterinary experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Schedule

  • 8–10 hour day shifts
  • Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays (4–5 hours)
  • No late nights or emergency hours
