Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in the lives of pets and their families?  Lake Street Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team!  

What You'll Do:

-Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

-Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple lines

-Assist with check in/check-out and process payments

-Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, recommendations, and follow-ups

-Support the veterinary team by maintaining accurate records and coordinating patient flow

-Help create a positive, team-focused environment

What We're Looking For:

-Strong communication and customer service skills

-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-Attention to detail and organizational skills

-Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
