Remotely based anywhere in the United States, the HRIS Analyst will monitor, maintain, reconcile, and support the NVA sites to manage HCM related transactions, ensuring data integrity, consistency and usability.

Reports to: HRIS Supervisor

Key responsibilities:
  • Understand and support all enterprise level transactions (e.g. rehires, transfers, additional job assignments) for assigned regions in accordance with HRIS protocols.
  • Manage global data transfers, rehires and other enterprise level transactions and answer site questions, and provide a high level of customer service to our sites and team.
  • Research and resolve day-to-day issues, offering guidance to team members via ServiceNow .
  • Primary point of contact and go-to person for resolving system issues and entries across multiple sites, facilitating effective frontline communication and support.
  • Document SOP’s and adhere to processes and standards of support. 
  • Execute system-wide updates efficiently via data bridge, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Conduct system weekly and monthly audits to guarantee accuracy and currency of data, ensuring compliance  with organizational standards.
  • Runs and Distributes customer requested  weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to guarantee requested data is received upon agreed timing to the customer across the organization.
  • Provide guidance to sites, HR Business Partners and Support Center teams on data reporting and provide ad-hoc and reoccurring scheduled reporting to internal and external teams.
  • Support security administration including password resets, registration, support new site leaders and acquisitions.
  • Maintain setup tables and configuration in the HCM system
  • Participate in testing of quarterly patches & updates as assigned
  • Support ADP to Dayforce system conversion by conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth transition and functionality across all system components.
  • Identify trends and escalate issues to management.
  • Other job duties as needed.

Qualifications required

  • Associate degree in related discipline required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
  • 3+ years of professional HRIS experience required, with responsibility for supporting organizations with 20000+ employees
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook) and working knowledge of HR policies and practices required.
  • Prior experience with ADP Vantage or Dayforce preferred.
  • Prior experience with high growth organization/high volume mergers and acquisitions activity strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate within a group to organize and prioritize work, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of maintaining confidential information and matters with discretion.
