Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate General Practice Veterinarian to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident in preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, and client education, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions in small animals
- Conduct routine surgeries and dental procedures
- Interpret laboratory and diagnostic imaging results
- Educate clients on preventative care and treatment options
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to provide excellent patient care
Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Active veterinary license in Virginia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high medical standards and client service
- New graduates are welcome to apply
