We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative who is passionate about helping people, creating exceptional client experiences, and serving as the welcoming face of our hospital. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for clients and patients while supporting the daily operations of the hospital.

Client Care & Administrative Duties

  • Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments and manage multiple provider schedules
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Check patients in and out efficiently
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Assist clients with questions regarding services, products, and treatment plans
  • Communicate with veterinary team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Veterinary reception or veterinary client service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Avimark experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Skills Preferred

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Multi-line phone systems
  • Client communication and conflict resolution
  • Medical record management
  • Payment processing and cash handling
  • Veterinary software experience (Avimark preferred)
  • Attention to detail and time management

Work Environment

  • Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the hospital during shifts
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy reception area
  • Willingness to assist in all hospital departments as needed
  • Comfortable interacting with a variety of clients and patients daily
