The Opportunity

As Managing Veterinarian, you’ll blend hands-on clinical practice with thoughtful leadership, mentoring a talented team of doctors and support staff while advancing medical standards and client experience. You’ll have the autonomy to shape hospital culture, elevate care, and lead with both confidence and compassion—supported every step of the way.

    • 7 exam rooms

    • Dedicated surgery suite

    • Fully equipped dentistry suite

What We Offer

  • $150,000 base salary minimum

    • Total earning potential of $200,000+ with production

  • $20,000 sign-on bonus

  • Leadership bonus and potential ownership opportunities
