What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, so a friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude is essential.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred, ideally in a veterinary or medical setting.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’ll juggle appointments, phone calls, and records—organization and multitasking are key!
  • Team Player: You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, so collaboration and a positive attitude are crucial.
  • Passion for Animals & People: A love for animals and the desire to help pet owners is at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and compassion, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and check-in/check-out clients.
  • Assist with patient records, update information, and process payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
  • Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Provide clients with information regarding services, treatments, and care instructions.
