Client Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time | North Billerica, MA
Middlesex County Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team! As an AAHA-accredited and Fear Free certified practice, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care for our patients and outstanding service to our clients. What You’ll Do
- Greet clients, answer phones, and schedule appointments with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and client education regarding our Fear Free protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and manage client files in our practice management system.
- Support a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
