Metairie Small Animal Hospital (MSAH) is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant Manager to support daily clinical operations and lead our Veterinary Assistant team. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced veterinary environment and is passionate about team development, patient care, and operational excellence.

The Veterinary Assistant Manager works closely with hospital leadership to provide daily oversight, supervision, and support of the Veterinary Assistant team. This role provides blends hands‑on leadership while supporting daily workflow, training and development, scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality assurance to ensure smooth hospital operations and exceptional patient care.
