We are seeking a dedicated veterinary receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and excellent customer service skills!
Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
- Assist with medical record management and data entry
- Handle payments and billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in veterinary terminology and medical collection procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Displays integrity in all aspects of the position

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour - D.O.E.
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
